The schedule
Your subscription renews on the cadence you picked at checkout, counted from your first order. Each renewal ships automatically at the subscription price shown on your account.

The price
Your subscription price stays what you signed up at while your subscription is active. If a price ever needs to change, we email you before it does - you decide whether to stay.

Cancelling
Anytime, from your account, in two clicks. Cancel before your next renewal date and that order simply does not happen. No call, no chat queue, no guilt trip.

Skipping and pausing
Stocked up? Skip the next order or pause the whole thing from your account. No penalty, no reset of your price.

Refunds
Subscription orders follow the same rules as everything else - see the Return & Refund Policy. If something is wrong, we make it right.
